At AccessoriesLab.com we want our customers to be completely satisfied! All of our
merchandise is of high quality, and attention to detail is our priority. If for some reason
you would like to return an unused item; you can return or exchange it for up to
10 days
from the date on the packing slip. Please be careful, all returned merchandise must be in it's
original condition and packaging (no exceptions).
*Please note: On a
return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
International customers are also responsible for any customs or duties on the original,
return, and exchange shipments of all merchandise.
Returns:
On a return, the original purchase price and any sales tax we charge (if applicable) will
be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase. This refund will show up on
your credit card from one to two billing cycles after the merchandise has been returned.
Any shipping costs (overnight or overseas) on the purchase
and returns will not be
refunded.
To make returns easier for you, every shipment we send includes the following
instructions for merchandise return:
1. Please fill out the form attached to the packing slip. In order for us to better serve
you in the future, please give a brief explanation as to why you are making the return.
2. Place the item in it's original packaging, including any gift items.
3. Make sure to put the item and the return form attached to the packing slip into a
suitable shipping container. We recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS)
or the Untied States Postal Service, along with a tracking system and insurance, as
we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
*Please note: In order for a refund to be credited, all returns must be post-marked no
later than 10 days from the date on the original packing slip.

Exchanges:
1. Please follow the same instructions for returns (numbers 1 thru 4 above).
2. Make sure to specify on the return form the color, size and price of the
replacement product.
*Please note: If the exchange is of lesser value, than your credit card will be refunded the difference.
If it is of greater value, then your credit card will be billed for the difference.
